Returns & Exchanges

At MUNKUS, every garment is carefully designed and produced in limited quantities. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
– Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
– In their original condition
– Returned with all original MUNKUS tags attached
– Returned in their original packaging where possible
– Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact info@munkus.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty:
– Sale or discounted items
– Gift cards
– Custom-made or personalised garments
– Made-to-order pieces produced specifically for a customer

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for an alternative size, subject to availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund in accordance with this policy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@munkus.co.za with photographs of the issue.

Where a product is found to be faulty, MUNKUS will arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be inspected and processed, as well as additional processing time required by your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
– The item received was incorrect
– The item was damaged upon arrival
– The item is deemed faulty

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MUNKUS cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Store Credit
Where a refund is not preferred, approved returns may be exchanged for a MUNKUS store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
